everyone is different, and if it works for you, that’s great, but as a medical patient and cannabis user of many years, i found i needed to limit myself to not waking and baking. over time i was not satisfied with how tired/unproductive i ended up by the end of the day. could not be a problem for you at all, but just something to be aware can happen so you look out for it before you’re in a bit of a slump.
thanks for the tip. i’ve been smoking for a few years now so i understand the slump that happens from waking and baking. but on the occasion i do smoke in the mornings, its usually about 3 hrs after i’ve woken up, omw to work. it settles my nerves a bit before i go into the office and face the day. that paired with something like a matcha helps keep my energy up and bc i’m working over the next 8 hrs, i haven’t noticed any affects on my productivity later after work
