I’m not going to sugarcoat it, the first month was miserable. Afterwards though, my life has been so positive, like I feel as though I can breathe easily around my family and not feel guilty. Thanks, man.

Just to clear any confusion, the inappropriate content came from a lustful post that I am not proud of even to this day. A godsend of a person DM’ed me and instead of hating, politely encouraged me to do better and make a change. I genuinely hope that this person, whoever they are, knows that they saved me.

Instagram lets you hide accounts/certain reels, so after a while of repeatedly hitting “hide” on enough of those reels it will clear them from your feed This process did NOT work immediately, and I definitely slipped up many times before it works, but you have to remember that any progress is good progress, and even small progress will eventually lead to your goal. I believe in bro man, you can do this. Im rooting for you
