a lot of guys need to 1) learn not to take this kind of statement so personally and 2) stop pretending like interpersonal bias against men is at all comparable to the nearly-global systemic oppression that is misogyny

That’s quite a hasty generalization. I’ve worked with a plurality of women and many of them put me down/screwed me over career-wise but I’m not pressed at a whole gender/gender identity.

I didn’t. I got nominated for a Daisy Award. If there was something unbecoming, I literally had 6 female coworkers in close proximity and hundreds of female patients to call me out on it. Or my wife. Or eventually my two young daughters. I don’t even disagree with your prerogative, but you literally know nothing about me.
