I have a LOT to say about this movie but the short of it is that everyone eventually gets killed by Nikki (except for Bear who kills himself via overdose)

They don’t explicitly explain it. Based on all the Easter eggs and hidden messaging in the movie though, I think it has something to do with the whole bear vs man trend that was going around because the narrative really leans into that theme of drawn out suffering versus instant death

Like how in the end, Nikki suffers a fate far worse than death; all her friends are dead, she becomes the victim of sexual assault, and her life is ruined right as it was just about to begin, all because of one man.
