essentially companies put up hiring signs to make it look like they are trying but they will interview someone once a month… It helps reduce the companies costs and saves them labor… While also making them look like the good guy when in reality they had ZERO plans on hiring anyone new.

Thats whats fcked is they really dont have to… They 100% have the ability to afford the staff and make profits… Ive worked in management I understand how greedy these corporations are…
