yeah this isn’t a blip hun usually, this is usually the start of more severe abuse, just be aware of it, i believe you’ll make the best decision🙏

Sorry I was really just trying to vent, I don’t think it’s that serious and I didn’t mean to cause concern. Tbh the issue today wasn’t just about the gym, it was also him getting mad at something that happened this weekend so I think the mixture of all his frustrations just boiled over
