I'm not really anti ozempic but it's not a weight loss drug, it's a blood sugar management drug with appetite suppressant as a side effect. That's like taking a pill you don't need because vomitting is a side effect and that's a way to lose weight

This is over simplifying it. It really is a miracle drug has a lot of other positive side effects

fat people will do literally anything but exercise and eat healthy

Okay cool but key word side effect. You probably shouldn't be taking muscle relaxers every night just because they help you sleep

This is different than muscle relaxers. If you stop epic you gain the weight back. If your stop muscle relaxers you get withdrawals

It's different? Because that just reads like in both cases you develop a dependency from a bandaid solution when really what you need is lifestyle changes and healthier habits in both cases

Ozempic makes your create healthier lifestyle changes like people stop drinking and gambling you clearly haven’t done much research

Gambling is not related to weight loss. I'm saying you don't need to be on a drug where all progress will be lost if you stop taking it, you need better habits

Why are you talking about addiction lol my point is you shouldn't develop a dependency on a drug for a health issue that can be resolved with lifestyle changes. Focus

Not everybody is fat because they have a food addiction, most people just eat poorly and live sedentary lives.

So you agree? Surely you must if you've got no counter, just insults lol.

I'm not though, do you disagree that most overweight people aren't suffering from addiction, they just are eating poorly and not active enough?

So food noise is not addiction first of all and second, all the research papers I just found in the last 10 minutes say things like "Very little is known about food noise thus far, and rigorous experimental tests are warranted." and that there's not even a formal way of measurement. Articles are also saying that ways of addressing food noise is largely by implementing lifestyle changes (sleeping, eating healthier, being active, managing stress, not restricting, etc).

So even if it's all food noise and that's why every fat person is fat, that's not addiction and there's not even much substantive research out there, just a bunch of papers saying "more research is needed"

I'm not obsessed lol you just told me to look it up so I did. Now I looked it up, what I found says what I said isn't wrong, and now you're insulting me lol. Addiction isn't the reason why most people are fat, and lifestyle changes are a way to address it. Simply put lol you're not entrapped
