I feel like I'm a bad person I don't want anyone that isn’t fluent in English to shop for my order. There's a language barrier. I don't get all my items because the shopper has a hard time understanding what the items says then gets mad at me when I help

No I don’t think that makes you a bad person. It’s definitely frustrating but you seem to be understanding of the challenges on their end and I think it’s very sweet you try to help

Oh sorry I just had knee surgery and am bed bound. We should be able to do online delivery without the hassle. Clearly you miss the part where I said I try to help and yet they still get mad. So at that point don’t do delivery if you can’t or won’t communicate. Thank you Have a good night
