Honestly it’s probably your birth control most birth controls will make you lose or gain a little bit, if you just recently started it (past 1-3 months) it def could be that. I’ve been the same way with disordered eating and it was def a struggle to see but I tried to remind myself that in a time where my hormones are adjusting I shouldn’t be changing up my diet because that can mess with my hormones more and make me gain more weight, it’s not necessarily the best way to think but it helped me..
Stick with the same eating habits instead of starting to go down a bad path with not eating enough and I honestly think it helped a lot! After about 4 months on birth control and not changing up my eating habits as much it regulated in my system I lost most of the weight I gained from it and I’m pretty sure it was that because I didn’t make any changes to my everyday life. Just try to ride it out for now and see how it goes after a few months
