Physical connection is a pretty normal first part during that honeymoon period when you first meet someone new though? Wanting to rip each others clothes off is pretty natural.

Yeah in the talking stage it's just a clear indicator that he's not that interested in getting to know you. At least they give themselves away to you early that way
