I sadly don’t have the ability to run like that but I do something similar by taking walks Staying physically active and getting some fresh air is awesome

I didn’t use to either but it really helps distract you, give you goals to work towards, and makes you feel so accomplished afterwards. Plus physical activity is just known to improve mental health anyway because it improves physical health and it’s all connected. Also gets you outside in the sunlight which is good too. You could just start with walks too that’s what I did.
