That’s what I thought but you gotta be in the right environment. A bunch of coworkers took me out and I couldn’t relax no matter how much alcohol they told me to drink. The second time I drank changed my mind entirely. It was my first Christmas alone in Japan and my coworker took me out because I didn’t have any friends. We played darts, sang karaoke, and both took home a girl. After that I was drinking every weekend.
