Sometimes it can be hard to tell if someone (who is your friend) has developed feelings for you or just cares about you as a friend. I had a guy friend of 6 years tell me we can’t talk for a while because his new girlfriend is threatened by me. Makes me wonder if he had feelings for me I was unaware of. We never did anything sexual ever, it was a platonic friendship. I hope it works out, it’s been 6 months for me. 😞

Yeah we’ll see. I kept telling myself no, this isn’t what’s happening but I thought more and more the signs were pointing that way and now I’ve gone and fucked up what was a really nice albeit new friendship. Maybe it’ll blow over by tomorrow and we’ll go back to hanging out as friends, maybe it’s over for good. I certainly hope it’s the former. It certainly didn’t help that she kissed me at a bar a couple weeks ago, I guess that was just 100% the alcohol.

Yeah maybe she’ll come back to me and tell me I was correct in my thinking all along and she just didn’t know how to react in the moment 😂 Godspeed to you too 🙏

Oh yeah also didn’t help that mutual friends kept making jokes about us being a couple and one of them telling me privately that he was 75% sure she was interested in me. Just an overall clusterfuck by me.
