I had a crush on a guy for 7 years. I’ve never felt like with anyone else ever again and I can’t even tell you why I liked him so much in the first place I just did. I don’t like him anymore tho

i dont understand how someones political beliefs play a role here... like they might still have good character and morals and be a good person... you cant judge someone based on who they support politically... but i guess thats your perogative.

You can’t convince me that someone who supports him is a good person. Like sorry I want to be with someone that believes in the same things I do and he does to. If that’s what he wants then be it. That’s not my problem but I’m not going to be around someone who supports that stuff

i get wanting to be with someone whos like minded. that makes sense. but do you really want to judge someone based on who they support politically before you get to know them as a person? if yes, thats fine, but what does that say about you?

Are you saying I’m bad just because I judged someone based on political beliefs? It doesn’t have to be negative or positive. This isn’t just about me, i’m thinking about my friends my family as well. Who I bring in my life. Like it doesn’t make sense at all. We wouldn’t get an along and he definitely wouldn’t like my friends and family

im just saying, dont be too hasty in judging someone before you get to know them. if you know he wouldnt fit into your life thats fine. dont start something with him that wont work out to begin with.

I understand. I just know what I’m looking for and unfortunately that happened. I’m a very opened minded person, i’m the last person to judge something believe me and I know with this conversation it doesn’t seem like it. I just decided to say my opinion just this once and it’s such a sensitive topic for a lot people I know. But I’ve done my research so I know what I will stand by
