my parents are visiting and I have breakfast with them in the morning and I’ve decided since it’s pride month that I’m going to come out as bi to them. I know it won’t change anything, my older sister is super gay and they don’t care, but it’s still scary

Hey I get it. My parents are super supportive people and I’ve never told them I’m Bi. I don’t think they’d care and I know they’d support me, I just don’t feel it’s necessary until I’m not in a het relationship.

I at first came out gay, then bi, and finally pansexual. I stood my ground and say I want to be loved no matter what that person identifies as or what sexual organs they are born with. Cause I want to have real love. I wish you the best of luck, sometimes it takes some parents to accept, and you are always around a group who accepts you for who you are. The LGBTQ+ community.
