He’s kind of a whore but his parents are really old fashioned religious and come from old money so I guess it’s a “bad look” for him to act like that and they’ve been trying to force him to date one of their friends daughters who he doesn’t like For me it’s because my ex won’t leave me alone so he suggested that if people think we’re dating it might get my ex to back off and he could also act as like a “body guard” since he’d always be around
