I gained over 10 lbs and my clothes don’t fit me. I feel like I have no idea how to eat right unless I’m starving myself or overeating.

Just eat three meals a day, no snacks, if u wake up at 9 stop eating by 6, and then lift for 45 mins cardio for 30
