Are you saying “you” as in the generic “you” or “you” as in “me”? I will say… you’re absolutely right that anyone can get skinny, and it’s actually not that hard. There is some stuff that you can’t change with diet or training tho. For example, if you have a gap between your pectoral muscles there’s nothing you can do about that. The size of your calf muscles is a great example of a muscle group that’s dictated much more by genetics than by training. You can only grow them so much.
I never said with enough discipline anyone can look that way, I said it's not unrealistic for people to look that way and frankly you especially can't say it's unrealistic when you've never made any attempt to live the same lifestyle as the person you claim has an unrealistic body. A lot of people will never even know if it's actually unrealistic for them because they'll never put in the effort to see
