more context: he’s said things like a woman can’t ever be president, trump is a good guy who cares about the U.S., being gay is a choice and a sin. i just couldn’t do it anymore. he treated me amazingly and was a great bf—but it gets to a point.

me and my bf js broke up due to political differences. my heart is broken but i can’t be w someone so closed minded. i am a hispanic woman w immigrant grandparents so a lot of what’s going on in the world rn applies to me and we’re not on the same side.
