That’s not how it works. Believe me when I say this. How u do one thing, is how u do everything. You would only just have outside validation and crave it & it would consume you. It would feel empty inside and still hallow.

maybe i’m looking at it wrong but i think being pretty would help, i can’t even look in the mirror without thinking horrible things

It’s a mindset thing, you will never think you’re pretty if you are hard on yourself and don’t allow yourself to think positively about you at all

Try using affirmations and looking at YouTube videos. I did started doing makeup and it takes me up a few notches!! Lean into that. There are things out here that will elevate you. Use it to ur advantage.
