And it’s always annoying interacting with the coworkers that are ride or die for the company and boss, like they don’t care about you bro, you just make it easier for them overworking yourself and taking no time off

There’s definitely no incentive to be that way but companies expect you to be and they are like “Yay! Here’s a crisp high five for working 12 hour shifts for 2 years!”
