It’s hard because otoh with therapy and professional help you can begin to move through that trauma. When you’re dead that’s it. Granted everyone’s trauma is different and how everyone responds to help is different.

I also wanna say, while I pointed out the other side of things to look at it from, I still don’t know which one I’d definitively say is worse. I think it becomes shades of moral depravity and I’d rather not try to debate which scenario is worse since these crimes can happen with vastly different circumstances.
