I love giving head but used to struggle with my ex due to hygiene issues. Not to be rule but do you shower and wash really thoroughly before asking for head? Also it sounds like he a selfish lover, I’d say withhold sex from him until your demands are met but I feel like that can lead towards a dead bedroom/1

-if anything, maybe try to encourage him to be a better lover with rewards or other offerings. Like if he can make you cum, you’ll make him his favorite dinner or let him spend some money on a hobby he enjoys. Maybe even offer sexual favors like a fantasy of his. That way you both get what you want but being incompatible sex wise is hard as fuck when they are a good person/2
