I’m much taller (5’11) than my male co-worker and he’s so insecure about it that he keeps calling me transgender in a different language thinking I don’t understand. (More in comments.)

There’s nothing wrong with being transgender but my issue lies with men assuming that just because a woman is stronger than them or taller than them or better in anything than them, they REFUSE to believe it’s a cis woman, and immediately turn to “She’s a dude!” Which is both extremely transphobic and sexist at the same time.

You should be given a punchcard to fill out every time he says something racist/sexist/transphobic about you and then when your punchcard is filled out you get to hit him with a baseball bat

I’m also black, and the way he’s calling me trans isn’t even translated correctly. We have WORDS for trans people in my language, but not only is he calling me trans but he’s doing it in the most RACIST and FETISHIZING way possible. He calls me “large black meat woman.” Applying I’m a girl with a massive black dick. Which is also annoying because why do non black dudes always think about how big black dudes dicks are? It’s fucking weird.

I look pretty black but I’m actually only like 1/4th black and MOSTLY Ojibwe, which I can understand pretty well. Not fluent but I know a fuck tone more than he does.
