My opinion probably doesn’t matter if you feel so strongly. But I would much rather have natural than implants. But you’re not doing this for me you’re doing it for you and I understand that

Because it makes the appearance of them even smaller, like girls with the same size but with a normal rib cage looks totally fine

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with small. It could be just nipples on a flat chest like a man and that’s fine. You shouldn’t be so hard on yourself, I’m sure you look fine
