I’ve been trying to tell my Mom for years. 3 bottles of wine every night since I was a child & she thinks it’s fine because she “feels fine” and still goes to work and does everything so apparently it’s not a problem. I’ve tried to talk to her so many times, had so many arguments with her about how it’s still bad for her but it doesn’t make a dent.

That exactly how my dad is with Bourbon! And he even had a visit with the doctor that ended with him apparently having several heart issues which I bet came from the alcohol..
