you're uneducated. cum is more alkaline than a healthy vagina and repeated contact (1+ times a day at least in this situation) raises the vaginal ph and causes an imbalance, meaning the vagina becomes less acidic which leads to the multiplication of anaerobic bacteria or bacterial vaginosis. I was there at the appointment and generally doctors know more than yikyak commenters.
