Nobody working in a restaurant is completely sober. They shouldn’t be. I have a stereotype in my mind of all sorts of addicts as a restaurant worker. The stoners are the normal ones. The alcoholics are great until they stop hiding it. The Xanax guys are fucking incompetent, they do not last. The unprescribed adderall guy is the ideal worker, and basically lives at the restaurant. Everyone is on some form of nicotine.
