i feel so insanely fat even though i know im not obese, any exercise recommendations or tips and tricks i really wanna lose weight but i struggle with motivation and self control

just do a lot of cardio and develop a good progressive overload-based workout schedule. U don’t have to be super intense either. And most importantly, make sure you’re in a calorie deficit. Nothing will change if you’re not in a calorie deficit. Good luck and stay positive
