Honestly any time they have a camera past toddler phase. Always being watched has a pretty big impact on child development and some studied found hinders imaginative play as they feel they have to perform or play in a parental approved way

Or attempt to get a court to decide you’re a tenant and thus have tenant rights, and as such your parents (now landlords) cannot legally have cameras is private areas of the home (bathrooms or private areas such as bedrooms where sleeping or changing would take place) but that’s real difficult and expensive
