$88.3 of Trump’s money is currently in a court controlled account waiting for his appeals to be exhausted before it is awarded to her. The ONLY reason he isn’t in jail is because he was convicted and given an unconditional discharge, as the judge did not want to imprison a sitting president, as that is an unprecedented event.
