instead of making it a task to get over them, I like to 1. take time for myself and think abt what I want out of a partner. 2. Think about why we didn’t work out. 3. accept the hurt that they weren’t the one over time (this stage is the hardest, but it can also be the most fun if you use this time to get out and find new things that you like to do.)
