Your girlfriend who’s skinny from not eating anything is low energy and going to passout. That isn’t healthy. The girl who eats healthy and a little more than she should but is active, is getting nutrients and has energy and can eat a burger without making a big deal about it. I’d say that’s healthier and happier than the unhealthy skinny example I gave.
What’s your point? You compare one extreme body type, “skinny and about to pass out”, and one normal sounding body type, “eats a little more than she should”. Do you know what that’s called?
