It’s further pointed out in law that the heartbeat doesn’t equate life - being brain dead for example - not to mention but abortions are performed in the Bible, and various religious texts showcase life beginning at birth

I’m not actually. Multiple religions consider life to begin when the soul enters the body, it’s why some religious ethnostates like Iran for example perform late stage abortions. Abortions have been performed historically since even before Christianity, and likewise in the Bible 5:11-31 gives a recipe on how to perform one. Why do you think Kamala lost? It’s because we have 2 right wing parties that don’t represent the progressive voter base whatsoever.
