There’s a hill across the creek from my house I call Glass Hill. While most of the random crap is metal & whatnot, there’s a lot of glass. As a kid, I’d always pick it up. I must have thrown away 100 pounds of it.

Intentional littering should be punishable by death, you cannot convince me otherwise. If a napkin blows out your window, that’s one thing, but if you throw your entire fast food meal out the window, you should be put down on the spot

It takes literally no effort to not litter, you have to actively choose to throw your garbage on the ground. Furthermore you have nothing to gain by doing that, no profit, no fame, no power or influence. There is no way to justify littering

Uhh it’s justified bc I wanted to do it and it’s convenient. That’s the same reason anyone does anything, because they wanted to. You can believe that littering should be punishable by death and I will disagree with you and nothing will happen bc you’re not powerful

Does it bring you joy or pride trying to defend a pointlessly destructive crime? Not a single human being on earth benefits from littering. It’s hurting the environment because you’re too pathetically lazy to put garbage into a bag. Even a dog can be trained where to poop in the right spot, so you’re literally no better than an animal if you can’t be bothered to clean up after yourself

Also that’s pretty terrible logic, convenience doesn’t justify anything. Murder might be convenient, so is robbery or vandalism, does it make any of those justifiable?
