help I lowkey over ate today but i’m trying not. not catastrophize and like balance is key type shi and one off day barely means anything when i’ve otherwise been locked in for months and will be locked in this upcoming month

same 😭 the past two weeks have been gnarly but i keep reminding myself that i can just get back on the saddle on keep going and that it’s normal to fluctuate a little. that a few days of relaxed eating aren’t going to undo all my progress 😭😭😭

rightt lol . but when it’s not me I can so clearly see it’s totally okay and I even see it’s good if ur tryna be fit in the long run that u have times where u less locked in to avoid complete extrem burnout lol. but it’s easier said than done lol. no need to read all this jus felt good to express xox
