i’m actually from italy and this is so so true. I feel like everyone was a lot more personable where I was from. I don’t know ab too many of the other countries, but not everyone was crazy over instagram followers and shi like that as they are in the US. it’s a lot less digital over there if that makes sense. ofc people text on platforms, but that’s apart of life now

yeah if someone’s attracted to you in any way, you are prob gonna be intimidating to them. it’s just ab how confident ppl are themselves. in which most cases ppl aren’t

and you do seem cool. but no one knows each others personality if they don’t speak in the first place duhhhh. a lot of people find love interests from school, sometimes work, etc. places where you are eventually forced to talk. believe me. guys are NOT looking the other way because they’re like ew. it’s literally just intimidation bc it’s just 2 randoms with nothing to say. only thing yk ab each other at that time is just first looks

I also lived in Italy for a bit and I noticed this too!! People are much more open and less on their phones from what I noticed I felt like a lot of people tried to find entertainment in others rather than just like through scrolling online like how I feel a lot of people do in the USA. Atleast where I was at

what part did you live in? not that it matters, i’m just curious! i’m born in vicenza so you might not know what that is. but you’re totally totally right. i loved italy but i really do love the US as much as people crap on it. the people here are awesome. there’s just soooo many assholes ofc lmao

Wait that’s cool I have friends near you in padova!! I was half the time in Lugano svizzera and then the other half in sienna!
