His family was at the rally, I believe. I think he was abhorrent and unscrupulous, but what a horrid thing to witness. Morally feeling that the world might be a little bit better, but not unsympathetic towards the graphic and traumatic event.

In addition, I am always shaken and angry about any sort of gn violence. Despite why the crowd was there or their beliefs, I will always stand on the fact that this was the amalgamation of a lack of action, accountability, and understanding towards addressing it. I don’t believe anyone should have to witness someone being shot, nor do I believe anyone should have to find themselves in danger of being shot. I am equally, if not more enraged with the shooting in Colorado.
