I’ve been obese pretty much my whole life like 285 but since I started taking birth control and Zoloft, I’ve ballooned up to 307. I’ve changed my entire diet, exercise every day and I still can’t get it off. I’m so ashamed :(

There is a good chance this is a hormonal imbalance. Have you brought it up to your provider

I can ask my doctor next time! But I’m taking it bc I have hormonal issues like PCOS and PMDD and you know doctors like to be like “welp that’s all we can give you for that.”

Right! I’ve been making sure to intake more protein and less carbs/sugar and I’ve been exercising at least once a day. I feel physically better but I just hate that I’m not seeing results and I feel ugly idk
