i have no motivation to do anything i dont wake up for class i dont go to the gym i haven’t been cooking i dont call my friends i feel like crap and disgusting all the time i’m paranoid about stuff i don’t know what to do anymore do you have any advice?

Your likely depressed or have other mental health issues going on. I’ve been doing the same shit recently and sleeping for hours on end and not eating and overall feeling like shit. I got lucky with my classes cuz somehow they all got cancelled when I started bed rotting. You should make more of an effort to call or even text your friends or family (if you’re close with them). If possible try to talk to a counselor if it’s to that point. Try to stay hydrated and try to eat

what #2 said, it can be iron or vitamin d deficiency causing depression. i would focus on eating healthy with as little effort as possible (fruit, cheese sticks, raw veggies w ranch, frozen veggies) and taking a 5 minute walk in the sun everyday. it wont cure depression but it’ll give you a better chance of feeling good

Honestly had a full blown breakdown calling my mom and told her I couldn’t do college. She told me that I wasn’t allowed to do anymore work or studying. She said to get a sweet treat no matter how gross or fat you feel and to go with a good friend and just hang out with no expectations from work. Buy yourself something nice if it’s make up a mug or a book it doesn’t matter just something that will make you happy. It’s rough right now but taking time for yourself will help. Stay strong diva

Tbh i used to get like that & it becomes a pattern and honestly dont get comfortable with it, dont let it be your new thing. Like break that routine slowly whether it be calling one friend back or things like that and honestly just find some source of joy or do something that makes you feel good

Make sure your sleep is in check, take moments to pat yourself on the back tell yourself “it is okay buddy, we all go through stages like this and I can get back up” start with a quick home workout of 3 sets of pushups 3 sets of body squats 3 sets of pulling some shit idk, 3 times a week, and set an alarm for your classes. Only you have the power to change things but start slow and manageable not asking you to go hard, I’m just asking you to take the first step and start showing up for yourself!
