I used to do this a lot so my therapist helped teach me ways to help me stop doing it and like reinhabit my body, so like do you know any ways to help yourself ground yourself? Or does the dissociation not bother you bc that’s fine too

Yeah dissociating is a form of self preservation. It’s helpful when you’re going through big issues but it’s hindering when you are trying to actually enjoy life
