Never clean the inside of your vagina with anything, lest ye want infections. It pushes everything out on its own, so just clean the outside. Outside of labia majora like between the inside of my legs I’ll use soap, but in any actual crevices/labia minors I only use clean water and my hand. Anything else burns/is irritating

I use an African net and soap specifically made for feminine hygiene. i think people got scared from doctors saying “don’t wash your vagina” def don’t put anything into it to clean it (douching) but washing the vulva is NECESSARY
