Kind, affectionate, empathetic, trustworthy, loyal, caring, all the normal ones. I like nerds and nerdiness, but not so nerdy that it borders actual weirdness, but that overlaps a lot. Likes to talk, but allows me to talk and asks genuine, curious questions about who I am bc they want to know. Makes me feel comfortable because they actually care about my comfort. But I also really need to be attracted to them physically. A handsome face and a nice smile is ideal. Not super picky, but still.

These are not ridiculous asks at all. Jesus is the dating pool so tainted that being genuine and respectful are hard to come by?

In my experiences, unfortunately yes. I’m also not super conventionally attractive though, so I know that’s a major factor in this as well.

I’m really into music! I’m a singer and have been in choirs/bands for majority of my life. I like watching football and baseball. I love cooking and baking. I think science is interesting, chem and some astronomy are the only sciences I can understand, but I love learning. Hbu?

That’s so cool you’re a singer! I played trumpet all through middle school and high school. I’m not the biggest sports guy, but I watch with my family and friends who are. I love cooking, am terrible at baking. Science is super interesting to me, especially physics. I wish I was better at the calculations and maths for it, but the concepts interest me much more. I love reading and have a passion for history (my favorite period right now is probably the Warring States in China)
