I literally always want to talk to people at bars but always worry about being intimidating since I’m a dude. I say maybe let a friend know your plan/have them nearby if needed and go for it

its honestly better for you to worry about it from a woman’s personal anyway, it’s a weird experience because out of curiosity I want to see who would approach me and how, but realistically I know I might be made easily uncomfortable at the same time. my feelings make no sense to me

if I could find a friend also open to it I totally could yeah, I kind of like the idea of not being known by anyone in the room though for some reason not sure why
