I came into college with 2 years of credit. I’m supposed to be graduating 2 years early. I went home for the summer and I developed horrible panic attacks. My mental health plummeted. I don’t have the energy to do school. What do I do?

Mental health semester off? Or u can try to push through it but it could lead to more burnout

Take the semester off, but just know you’ll probably end up delaying ur graduation by some time (that’s how my college works), or take fewer classes

your school may be different but mine offered accommodations for those struggling with mental health do some research and see if your school has an office of disability and what the process for getting those accommodations set up

Get anxiety meds asap and let your professors know ahead of time. I made the mistake of trying to hide it and it backfired

Honestly I think it’s depression too, my therapist and I talked about it and she decided I should get meds for both. So I’m seeing a psychiatrist in 2 weeks

If you don’t wanna delay, push through the semester. Don’t get dependent on meds

I’m no doctor but I’m sure there’s other ways to deal with this without meds, if you don’t wanna go on meds yea? I just don’t like the idea of meds but ur free to do what u want 😇

If it was curable with certain actions and no meds she wouldn’t be in this predicament

mental health medication saved my life don’t let anyone make you feel bad for taking meds without them i wouldn’t be here to tell you that anxiety and depression are like any other condition when you get a cold you take medicine to feel better so why wouldnt you do the same because for your mental health
