You’re not inadequate, it’s like getting second place in a race: you may not be first, but you still had the skill to get there regardless

Girl who cares what they think about you all thats matters is that you getting your money even if you are a burden which I’m guessing you’re not it’s not your problem. be happy you got the job even if the circumstances aren’t exactly what you want them to be

I supposed. I just know they my co workers had stated they really wanted this new hire (we’re hiring someone new right now) to have more experience so it wouldn’t involve so much teaching and they would know what they’re doing.
