Flirting with one of my parents employees to make him nervous. Doing stuff like giving him boners at work, telling him to call me pretty or else I’ll tell my dad he’s been doing bad stuff at work, sending him nudes when he’s near my dad or brothers to scare him

I don’t think rapey is the right word but I can see how telling him you’ll tell your dad he’s being bad at work can give off controlling energy and that might be where they’re coming from.

sounds like you’re playing it kind of fast and loose, which *can* work as long as everyone’s on the *exact* same page. my main piece of advice would be to make sure you’ve sat down and *thoroughly* negotiated boundaries etc before either of you accidentally does something over the line.
