Hate me if you want but I genuinely hate when ppl say rape isn’t sex…it’s quite literally by definition sex, it’s non consensual sex…that’s the difference, if it wasn’t sex it would just be sexual assault which is different than rape stop saying it’s not

I mean yea…it was literally taken from them…rape is nonconsensual intercourse…you are no longer physically a virgin, whether or not you view it different mentally is a different thing

Morally? Morals go out the window when someone tries to rape someone else, by definition rape is sex, and by definition physically their virginity is gone, whether you choose to view your virginity that way mentally or not is a different story, but you cannot view rape as not sex there is a difference between consensual (including cnc) and non consensual (not including cnc) sex and rape is non consensual sex, by saying that rape isn’t sex it is essentially downplaying what it actually is and -

Saying that rape isn’t sex is basically just calling it sexual assault which isn’t not the same thing, which in turn is downplaying the situation
