I have been waiting crisis text line for 30 minutes and I still have no reply. I understand they are understaffed and have a lot of people, but I need help

The domestic violence hotline isn’t even open anymore the chat just ends, it doesn’t even give me an option to wait

I hate them so much. I waited so long for just a response back just to be told “im so sorry you’re going through that but it seems your situation is out of our reach” excuse tf out of me

Hate life! Have u tried the app Soluna? I’ve been using Soluna a lot and have found a consistent life coach I video chat with her once a week. I’ve been using her and this app through my insurance called Lyra. There are other options tho like zocdoc, betterhelp and others. Crisis lines are failing right now but Soluna is immediate assistance

Soluna doesn’t do crisis though, but they are a good place to vent.

Soluna is only available to people under 25 in CA sadly I forgot!

Soluna is completely free. My app Lyra is insurance only, zocdoc can be insurance or out of pocket (expensive) and there are other insurance apps I forget off the top of my head. One is Alma I believe.
