what i will say is that our biggest inspos include: my bloody valentine, the velvet underground, the strokes, ween, pixies, smashing pumpkins, nirvana, slowdive, cocteau twins, galaxie500, the radio dept. and for songwriting rn ive been listening to a lot of leonard cohens album songs from a room also listening and inspired a lot by like aphex twin and his plethora of aliases, stereolab, the crying nudes, machine girl, mazzy star, and then all of the other bands out of nyc rn(where we r loc)

thank u thank u. oh and also i think i should say i read like a mf. books poetry all that, i think oftentimes its better for inspiration and writing music

for books and stuff my favorite authors and poets and stuff are like kurt vonnegut, i like the poetry of john ashbery although he can be a bit hard to digest at first
